Overall Summary

40 runners from an original entry of 80. The Andrews sisters had a winner apiece.
Native Bob turned in a impressive performance in the Restricted. George Cooper's stable continues to be in fine form and Foulston's Ruler was Rupert Stearns sixth winner of the season. Where's My Baby showed his well being after a stomach complaint to take the Men's Open. Heather Kemp just got Caged Tiger home in an incident packed Maiden after the favourite Carleton Forehoe gave Gina Andrews a heavy fall at the final open ditch.
